The Ninnings are houses located on the main Rothamsted campus.  Let either on a room by room basis, or as a whole property to those with families.  

Rooms share communal kitchen and bathroom facilities. Each property benefits from a large garden.  There is limited parking at the properties, but they are only a short walk from the main on-site car park. 

The price of a room in a shared house ranges from £400 – £600 pcm depending on the room size, when let as a whole house the price ranges from £900 – £2000 pcm depending on size. All prices are subject to rent reviews.
